To put it bluntly, Kardashian isn’t dating at all right now. She’s had multiple relationships over the past few years, and not all of these have gone well.
Like her former marriage to Kanye West, it’s gone the opposite way a few times. So she seems to be enjoying the single life right now.

It’s easy to see why so many people are confused about the reality star and her relationship status. She hasn’t had many partners, but all of her relationships have been highly publicized. Sometimes, this has been to her own detriment.
It’s worth breaking down who she’s been with, and what might’ve driven them to breaking up. Let’s get into it.
Pete Davidson
Pete Davidson is one of Kim Kardashian’s more recent relationships. They broke up sometime this September or October, though, with the pair both confirming the news. However, one source told reporters they’re still friends.
The pair had met while working together on Saturday Night Live by NBC. When did they start to date? That’s not exactly clear. Kim K and Pete Davidson had sneakily set about getting together, only publicly revealing it later on. They did share a kiss on the NBC show, though that was in character.
Both Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have had nothing but kind words to say about each other since. The two still seem to be friends after the split and there aren’t any hard feelings between them.
Kanye West
Ex husband Kanye West is the most infamous of the reality star’s former partners. In fact, their relationship broke down after public comments by West.
His behavior was increasingly erratic. A complete timeline of this was detailed in a documentary. But, it was on show in multiple interviews, like ones West and Kardashian had on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The reality star made multiple comments about West and their relationship after that. Still, she wished the singer the best. On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, she suggested the relationship couldn’t continue based on how they were. An insider backed this up.
The two filed for divorce in February 2021. By the time of the filing in February, they had been together for over seven years. Naturally, news that February revolved around what caused the split, with tons of insider interviews.
Since then, Kardashian and West seem to still have hard feelings, despite having four children together.
Experts note that the split could have been the best for Kardashian.

Odell Beckham Jr.
Kim Kardashian also had a relationship with soccer player Odell Beckham Jr, although this one seems to be overlooked quite a bit. They seem to have been friends at first, but then, Beckham and Kardashian started to date. The relationship lasted a total of eight months. And there were plenty of images of the two together, like from Getty Images.
The SKIMS founder revealed that she and Beckham broke up in September 2023. The breakup, according to a source, was because of differences in views. The source added Odell’s personality was more low key than Kim Kardashian’s.
The insider added they wanted their own things, and the soccer player wanted to be out of the limelight. They weren’t a good fit for each other’s spaces. Because of that, Odell and Kim’s relationship broke down.
Scott Disick
There have always been rumors that Kim Kardashian also had a serious relationship with Scott Disick. Many people thought it was funny, given Disick was previously in a relationship with Kardashian’s sister and the two still keep in touch. However, the rumors just aren’t true.
They’re still family because of Kim’s nieces and nephews from the relationship. At least, they’re friends and have recently posted photos of each other, in April and for Scott’s birthday in May. As recently as August and November, the two were still speaking positively about each other.

Who’s the Father of Kim Kardashian’s Kids?
It’s already well known that Kim Kardashian has four kids. Given she’s been in relationships with multiple men in recent years, some people might be confused about the father of Saint, North, and her other kids. Thankfully, there’s a clear answer to this. Kanye is the father of each of her kids.
They’ve all taken his surname: North West, Chicago West, Saint West, and Psalm West.
What’s Kim K Spending Her Time on?
With Kim Kardashian being single and not looking for a relationship, it begs the question as to her next steps. Outside of being on the red carpet occasionally, she’s doing her own things. A lot of this focuses on being a mom and looking after her kids.
Between being a mom and entrepreneur, it seems as though Kim doesn’t have time for anything else.

After her time with Pete Davidson and Odell Beckham Jr., it looks like Kardashian doesn’t have much of an interest in dates. Instead, she’s been spotted out and about with her kids, especially Saint and Chicago. There are multiple pictures of her in New York and other cities just with her kids.
That was especially true in October and November, though some of these date back to April. It looks like she’s focusing on her family, with an insider saying Kim Kardashian wants to focus on her kids.
If the insider is being honest, then Kardashian isn’t looking for a person to date anytime soon.
Focusing on Her Career
Outside of her kids, Kardashian seems to want to focus on her career, although she’s a bit playful with her comments. When asked by James Gorden of what she plans, the SKIMS founder revealed:
“I think it’s gonna be, like, [a] scientist, neuroscientist, biochemist, doctor [or] attorney. That’s maybe what I envision in the future.”

On the Tonight Show, Kim Kardashian told Fallon she plans on finishing her law degree and seeing where that goes. It looks like she and a potential partner would need space for themselves, and this could interfere with a relationship.
Kim’s spending time working on herself and her family. Whether or not a date seems to fit in remains to be seen.
Do Her Kids Want Her Dating?
Just because Kardashian seems to be taking a break from dating doesn’t mean her children haven’t been encouraging her to date. On Wednesday, August 14, she spoke about her future and whether she’ll be dating anytime soon.
“Saint wants me to be with, like, any basketball player or soccer player. And I’m like, ‘If you only knew.”

This seems to reference her relationship with Beckham Jr, and she seems honest when she says she doesn’t want dates with an athlete. Looks like the time with Beckham Jr isn’t something she wants to repeat. Right now, it seems she wants to focus on her co., SKIMS.
A basketball player is clearly out of the question, at least according to an insider. She’s the type of person who wants to work on herself and her family’s needs, with the insider saying the star will keep being that way.
The entire thing is a great example of how involved her children are in her life. She’s a hands-on mom, and this is at the forefront of her mind.
Will She Get Back Into Dating?
This doesn’t mean Kardashian isn’t looking to start dating in the future, however. Instead, it looks like her priorities have changed quite a bit. Her kids and her career come first. Living the single life doesn’t have to be a bad thing for her.
With how public each of her relationships – and break ups – have been, it’s easy to see why she’d want to focus on that.
