In a 2022 interview, Brown wrote that Bongiovi was her partner for life and she was “endlessly in love with the year”. Shared on Instagram, Brown received the sweetest reply from her boyfriend, as Bongiovi commented, “Your year babe love you so much.”
Jake threw in a little red heart emoji after that for good measure, and we can safely say that the Stranger Things actress has secured herself as the perfect man.
Winter Holidays Together
Jake Bongiovi wrote he was thankful for Millie Bobby Brown this Thanksgiving, which we think is such a beautiful thing we wanna cry! It also looked like Christmas was a very romantic affair for Brown and Bongiovi. The two even got matching M and J Christmas ornaments for the tree they decorated together.
Christmas is such an exciting time, but honestly, Brown and Bongiovi are just the absolute couple of goals at this point!

Brown spoke on The Tonight Show about how Bongiovi proposed. She even shared an absolutely wild story about how her ring falls into the water when they went diving!
Bongiovi proposed while they went out diving together at 8am. He picked up a shell containing one of her mother’s rings. Yet with all the excitement, Millie Bobby Brown accidentally dropped the ring into the water.
The whole proposal was so nearly ruined, but luckily, Jake Bongiovi dived down and managed to find the ring! What a guy, girls, what a guy!

The couple managed to watch Taylor perform in Cincinnati, Ohio. There, Millie was seen with a pink, glittery heart around one eye, just like the one seen in the Lovers album era.

2024: One Very Small Family Wedding

Brown and Bongiovi’s wedding took place in May 2024. There, co-star Matthew Modine (playing Dr. Martin Brenner) officiated the wedding.
The intimate ceremony was just for wedding vows and family time. But we have no doubt that the young lovers will have a big party with more guests in the future! From the small selection of photos shared, though, the bride looked gorgeous, and we cannot wait to see the bigger party!
Wedding Rings, the Hamptons, and Traveling Around
Friday, 24th May, we got to see the couple’s wedding rings as they enjoyed time together in the Hamptons, shopping and exploring. The couple then headed to Universal Studios, where Millie was seen with a hat saying “wife of the party” and shorts with “wifey” across the back as they enjoyed arcade games together.
Then, young lovers were seen enjoying some downtime in New York. They were spotted together strolling through Manhatten.
After this, they jetted off to Europe for their honeymoon. Sardinia saw them sunbathing poolside as Bongiovi’s dad joined them to soak up some European sun as a family.
On July 2nd, Millie went back to New York to try on wedding dresses at a trendy boutique. This sparked rumors that the couple had started planning their larger ceremony!
October 2024: The Wedding Pics Are Released
Que the fan frenzy as we get to see the wedding pictures of possibly the cutest celebrity couple to have ever existed! Brown went for a stunning lace gown by Oscar de la Renta for the main ceremony before changing into a cheeky little mini dress for the after-party.
We then saw on Jake’s Instagram that there was even a third dress with a corset and fuller skirt! We love a girl who gives herself options.
The Wedding Rings Go Public
October 2024 finally allowed us to get a glimpse of Millie wearing her wedding ring and engagement ring out and about. During a Day 1 panel discussion at New York Comic Con at the Javits Center, Brown flaunted both gorgeous rings as she spoke about upcoming and past projects she’s working on.
